Our trustee Richard and his daughter Eleanor are back again with a new video and this time it’s Richard’s yummy Sourdough Bread from our new cook book.

We video’d this today and it all went very well! (aside from a small cat incident). We hope you like the video (sorry if it’s a bit long… but we’re amateurs), we’ll make another one soon!
