A big welcome back after the Christmas holidays to everyone and a Happy New Year to you all. We hope you all enjoyed the party and photo’s of the event are stuck on the door. If you would like a copy of a picture, please just ask but there is a small fee of 50p (ink is VERY expensive!) or contact Mickey for an emailed copy. For your diaries, please note we will be closed on the 18th February due to the Half Term break - then we’re closed on Easter Monday - 24th March. Then because of the term-time schedule we will break for the ‘Easter holiday‘s’ two weeks later, which means we‘re closed on 7th and 14th April. Hope this makes sense to you all. As always, please remember that this is a playgroup for all to enjoy and if your toddler is showing signs of hitting etc or abusing toys then we expect you to deal with it immediately so everyone can enjoy themselves. Finaly, because Lisa and Michele are both leaving at the end of this term to have babies after Easter, we will be losing two very valuable committee members. Would you like to take their place? If so, please come and have a chat with us and we‘ll let you know what‘s involved.

Welcome back after the summer recess. A new newsletter is available for collection and will be available to download soon. A new look commitee has also been assembled and comprises Playgroup Leader - Mickey Committee members - Lisa, Gill, Dave, Sam & Claire Finally, on Monday 15th October, we have the photographer coming, so put it in your diary.

Summer update

Once again the Stork has been!! Healthy baby boys arrived for Sarah and Sharon (our committee members) over the summer holidays, Sarah called her boy Jack and Sharon called her boy Ashley and they are both gorgeous. Due to most of my committee leaving to have babies, please give a very warm welcome to new committee members: Dave, Gill, Claire & Sam. We all hope you continue to enjoy this Toddler Group and if you have any problems, please let Mickey or one of the committee members know.

 

Last Years news

Welcome back after the half-term break. We have a couple of things planned over the next few weeks in the run up to Christmas. On Monday, 13th November, we have Marilyn Watts visiting our Toddler Group to sell new and good quality second-hand toys and books at a fraction of normal store costs. Also on Monday, 27th November, we have Annie Rolls from Usbourne Books selling her fantastic range of books, which should make great Christmas gifts. As Autumn is well and truly upon us, on 20th November we will be making some crazy leaf collages with the children. In the weeks leading up to Christmas, we'll be making Christmas decorations and cards to get us in the festive spirit, culminating in the Christmas Party on Monday 18th December.
